Request account deletion.

You can request deletion of your InfiniteK account and associated app data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email support@infinitek.app from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete Account Request".
  3. Include the product name, such as Strivio, and any relevant account details needed to identify the account.

What Happens Next

We will verify the request and process deletion according to applicable laws, app store requirements, and technical retention needs. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
